In-House Membership Plan
Whether you’re an adult without a dental plan, a parent with kids that need their dental checkups completed, or you have underlying gum disease and need dedicated periodontal care, there’s no need to settle for traditional dental insurance plans. If you find dental insurance too expensive or you simply would prefer to avoid the pitfalls that tend to accompany them, our in-house membership plan is a fantastic alternative. Simply pay a flat annual rate and get access to the benefits you’re entitled to right here at Springhetti Dentistry, including checkups, cleanings, necessary X-rays, emergency exams, discounts on other in-house services and more!
Adult Plan
- Professional dental cleanings(2 per year)
- Doctor exams (1-2 per year)
- Any Necessary x-rays*
- One emergency exam per year (if necessary)
- 10% off all other treatments (some exclusions may apply)
For patients with regular cleanings and absence of periodontal disease.
Perio + Plan
- Periodontal maintenance cleanings (3 to 4 per year)
- Doctor exams (1-2 per year)
- Any Necessary x-rays*
- One emergency exam per year (if necessary)
- 10% off all other treatments (some exclusions may apply)
For patients enrolled in active periodontal maintenance due to prior treatment of periodontal (gum) disease.
Child Plan
- Professional dental cleanings (2 per year)
- Doctor exams (1-2 per year)
- Any Necessary x-rays*
- One emergency exam per year (if necessary)
- Fluoride treatment
- 10% off all other treatments (some exclusions may apply)
*As determined by your dentist
